The paramount shopping locations in Birmingham, Bullring & Grand Central, are adding to their already diverse store range, with new store fronts for Zara, Clarks, and Swatch.
Hammerson, a real estate developer, owns the Bullring & Grand Central, which is the sixth largest shopping center in the UK, covering an area of 163,000 square meters.
The global fashion label Zara, managed by Inditex, will occupy the top level, marking the full revamp of the previously held Debenhams site.
This is next to a neighboring two-level section at the higher floor, generating more than 51,000 square feet of retail area that will significantly boost Zara's visibility in Birmingham.
The reaffirmed pledge came after the inaugurations of Bershka and Pull&Bear, brands owned by Inditex, at the Bullring in 2023, marking a first for the region.
Swatch, a Swiss watch company, is opening its first independent shop in Birmingham. The shop, nestled on Link Street, spans 800 square feet and will showcase a variety of 500 distinct watch models.
