Bullring & Grand Central, positioned as Birmingham's pinnacle for city-based retail, is opening its doors to new extensions from commercial entities such as Zara, Clarks, and Swatch.

Hammerson, a property developer, owns Bullring & Grand Central, which is the sixth largest shopping center in the UK and measures 163,000 square meters.

Zara, a global fashion label run by Inditex, will occupy the uppermost level, finalizing the transformation of the previous Debenhams site.

This is next to a two-floor unit on the top level, generating over 51,000 square feet of retail area, which will notably increase Zara's visibility in Birmingham.

The revitalized pledge comes after the launch of Bershka and Pull&Bear, both brands of Inditex, in an unprecedented move for the region, at the Bullring in 2023.

Swiss timepiece company Swatch is set to open its very first independent shop in Birmingham. Situated on Link Street, this 800 square foot shop will house a selection of 500 unique watch models.

The global shoe company, Clarks, is moving its location within the Bullring to debut its "modern workshop" idea, taking over a new 4,500 square foot space on the ground floor.

In the last part of 2023, M&S launched a huge 65,000 square foot shop in the mall, which is located underneath the recently established Zara location.
