City Police Officer (CPO) Tanveer Hussain has ordered police officers to resolve citizens’ complaints speedily within the stipulated time, making it clear that injustice or unnecessary delay in addressing public grievances would not be tolerated at all.
He issued these directions while holding an open court at his office where people appeared before him, submitted applications, and apprised him of their problems and grievances. The CPO listened to the complaints and issued instructions to the concerned officers for their speedy resolution within the prescribed timeframe.
